Irish Landscape Photography 

Landscape photography has been a passion of mine for many years, be it nature photography, a picture of a sunset or a sunrise or even in the middle of the night it’s something I am passionate about. As an Irish landscape photographer as will anybody living here in Ireland and especially Co. Donegal will tell you the weather can is is very unpredictable many’s the time. My favourite times for taking a photo of Ireland is not when it’s sunny but after a storm or after a shower of rain, the landscape takes on a whole new appearance whereby the light and colours create amazing landscape photos. I must admit I have a real soft spot for night photography especially on a cold winters night.

One of the biggest struggles or problems landscape photographers have especially when they are in a new area or location is knowing where are the best locations to take a landscape photo and when is the best time to take it? We have all heard ot the golden hours one in the morning and one in the evening but how many of us have gone to a location and realised the sun is not rising or setting where we thought it would be?
